Harry and Louise recently assisted me with a remortgage on our flat to pay back a pressing bridge loan. I can't speak more highly of their proactive and reassuring service in this stressful and difficult transaction. Being self employed in the current climate made this even more tricky, but they found the right solution when other brokers said it wouldn't be possible. Highly recommend Anderson Harris!

I have used Anderson Harris twice so far and both times everything has been nothing short of perfect. The first time I used their services I was a first time buyer and had little to no knowledge of mortgages and the process involved. It's a really big deal buying your first property, however Jess and Harry explained everything as so I could understand and made me feel at ease with the whole process, and got me my mortgage offer within a very tight deadline and the whole process was seamless. After selling my first property, there was only one place I was going to arrange my second mortgage. However, this time I had an extremely tight deadline as I had an offer accepted on a house that went to sealed bids, so I had to act extremely quickly. I had less than a week to come up with a mortgage offer so I got in touch with Jess at Anderson Harris again and explained the situation. She got on the case right away and I managed to meet the deadline. I wouldn't of been able to purchase this house if it wasn't for the efficiency of Anderson Harris and all those involved. It's also worth mentioning that I live 100 miles from London, yet they still managed to meet my extreme deadlines and get all required paperwork to me in a very timely manner and gave me support via telephone or e-mail when I had any questions or was unclear on what I needed to do. I would recommend Anderson Harris to absolutely anyone looking for a brokerage service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, my experience has been perfect on both occasions and anyone I have spoken to or dealt with was extremely friendly, polite, courteous and very patient with me and my lack of understanding of the process! Should I need a mortgage in future there is absolutely no doubt I will be returning to Anderson Harris, I wouldn't use another broker because my experience has been flawless. Thank you!!
