Myoekyo is a magnificent place. For 600 yen you can relax in a hot spring. If you're feeling achy, you might enjoy a hot tub with water jets massaging your body. After that, you can then stroll out the door and into their out-door hot spring. From there you can enjoy the surrounding natural beauty of the evergreen mountains and fresh air. At night, you'll feel like you're in another world where every day cares wash off you as you watch the steam rise off the water and into the star filled sky. I recommend it. There is one caveat. The mens are womens baths are separated. That may be a shame for the men, it's not the caveat I'm talking about. There are two baths which are rotated (I don't know how often) and depending on the luck of your draw you may be in the expansive (far end) side or the smaller side. Both are nice but the expansive side is definitely where it's at.

露天風呂からの眺望は、周囲の山々が見えて、最高です 今回、10年振りぐらいに訪れました。
休憩室も広く…駐車場も広い。 お風呂も露天風呂が広くて綺麗。 ロッカーは百円必要だけど、戻ってくる。 休憩室の前には自販機があります。
定期的に通ってしまうほどいい温泉です。 特別な温泉があるというわけではありませんが、シンプルで気に入っています。 男湯と女湯の浴場は定期的に入れ代わっているようで、奥まった方が大きい浴場になっています。

山の中にある雰囲気も良い温泉です️ 他の方が言うほど小さいお風呂もハズレではなく、十分くつろいでリラックス出来ます (大きい方に当たるに越したことはないですが) 刺青の方にもほとんどあったことがないです お風呂上がりにゆっくりしていると番台のおじさんが輪ゴムの手品を披露してくれました。 鮮やかすぎる、、、
2020/6/6(土)訪問。アルカリ系の癖の少ない泉質の温泉です。洗い場はシャンプー、ボディソープ完備。内湯は通常とジェットバスの二種。露天風呂は通常と底浅の二種あります。露天には畳敷きの東屋があり、火照った体を冷ますことができます。渓谷を眺めながら入浴できる、露天風呂の方がオススメです。温泉を出た後は、無料の畳敷きの休憩処があり、リラックスできます。休憩処の窓際のスポットはこの時期網戸で通気しており、緑の香りを感じながら休めました。
