Its amazing what they can do with balloons. Absolute works of art! They always go above and beyond to ensure any issues are rectified immediately. Extremely professional and they obviously care a great deal about their customers and the service they provide. Highly recommended!!
Terrible experience today! My husband ordered balloons for my birthday today which he collected yesterday. Balloons were fine up until this morning when one had deflated and writing crinkled (personalised orb balloon). Have ordered this exact ballon a month ago for another birthday and lasted A WHOLE MONTH perfectly so this is obviously a faulty balloon which hasn’t been done properly. Customer service from the girls at the shop was DIABOLICAL. Refused to deliver a replacement even though that’s the least they could of done. We didn’t care about a refund it’s a birthday who wants to be disappointed on their birthday? They kept harping on about being a small business but were not willing to fix their error. Not sure they understand the purpose of their business is to provide happiness and memories through party shop material and I question whether this business should actually be open. Another heartless money maker that has no care towards their reputation or their paying customers. They did give us a refund but that’s not what we wanted and in this case memories and time we have together cannot be measured by money which they couldn’t understand. Wanted to let everyone know that when faced with an issue this “small business” will not endeavour to help you or solve the issue. I even said they can courier it across but they didn’t want to spend the money but now we’ve got a refund so they’ve lost more money than a courier would have cost. Disgusting attitude. Given the current climate you’d think people would go above and beyond to save their jobs. Flabbergasted!!!
Super quick turnaround with friendly staff, balloons picked up Christmas eve for boxing day birthday and they stayed perfect - even still look amazing almost a week and a half later! Thanks for the help!
Hullaballoonza decorated a private club venue for a 50th bday party. It was totally amazing!!!! The colours & different sizes of the balloons communicated sophistication. It was clearly not a kids party. Further, the venue made the installation of balloons tricky because the rooms were not available to be decorated until close to the start of the party. Hullaballoonza was solution focused and got it done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
