I have been seeing Dr. Omale (my doctor) since 2001 there is no other doctor I trust with my over all health. She is straight forward and caring. I'm the type of person that can't stand a doctor that can't look me in the eye when talking about my body so when I found Dr. Omale I was very impressed and happy that I finally found a great one.

The worst experience ever they misdiagnosed me i then went to a new doctor I’m thinking of taking legal matters!!! I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to this clinic also staff is very rude

By far the worst experience with a healthcare provider that I've ever had. I went in for a routine annual check up, was warned not to ask the doctor about anything outside of my physical or else be charged for additional services, then charged after the fact for labs that should be covered. The amount of headache this has generated is why people don't get annual screenings.

I made an appointment to visit my doctor whom I have been for 20 plus years i arrived on time signed in and took my seat was called to the window for an insurance information which I didn't have I had to call the insurance company and retrieve the Id number once that was completed I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was not ready at the time the nurse was ready of course i was pissed off they delayed my process and thought it was funny NEVER AGAIN!!!! I'll book my doctor at her other locations

Staff is rude and have a very nasty attitude towards pts and will never call you back if your life depended on them to very strange place to get medical treatment for your self .bedside manners is horrible .
