BALTIMORE CITY VEHICLE IMPOUDN LOT ON PULASKI HYWY IS MAKING IT UNNECESSARILY DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE TO RETRIEVE THEIR VEHICLES. PICK UP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. USUALLY DAYS AFTER YOU MAKE PAYMENT . THEY SAID THIS IS DUE TO COV-19. I NEEDED MY VEHICLE EARLIER THAN MY APPOINTMENT DATE. I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR NAME DONCHEZ COATS. DONCHEZ WOULDN'T HELP ME AT ALL.HE WAS YELLING AT ME,\THIS IS COV-19 DEAL WITH IT\ HE SAID. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND MAKES NO SENSE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My experience with Baltimore City impound is horrible when you call the number given you will NOT speak with any one. Yhem when it prompts you to enter the property number when you do it keeps say invalid when FACT I know its corrects bc thats the property number
You’re going to charge me for a tow and storage that was from an accident for which I am not at fault? And you are telling me my service company can’t pick it up for A WEEK?!?!?! Oh and so far you have picked up the phone exactly one of the four times I have called. And your “automated” computer system can’t generate an email if the facility is closed. At least the lady I spoke with was friendly. I’ll give them that, but only that.

These people do not answer the phone I’ve been calling over a month and got 1 answer . The lady was helpful but I’ve even had it where they pick up to hang up very POOR SERVICE
