When looking for a new car, I stumbled over a 3008. I messaged them to confirm a couple of things and was called a few times by Aditya and chasing the sale. After trying to book me in for a time, i replied and had no reply from him. Next day I get phone call to make this appointment happen which I attended that afternoon. From that moment I joined the call, it was some what of a disgrace. Was told not to worry about the trade in price and to focus on the monthly payment and the added extras of protection which is all he spoke about!! he didn’t even ask about what I wanted from the car I was looking at, how I have found my current car and why was I wanting a new one, it was far from a personable experience. Aditya had no customer service skills at all, didn’t care who I was and was fully focused on making a sale which put me off from the moment I joined. What was worse was to insult me by saying my car was was 1900 when they sell for 4500-5000 every day of the week!! He even stated they would only get 2700 which is utter nonsense, just typical salesman BS! He had NO concern for the customer experience and when I said I was utterly offended, he back tracked and trying to get the sale and saying what can we do to get the sale over the line today, begging like a desperate salesman! After seeing on this shambles of a call for 30 minutes, i ended the call and not to be contacted again! I will never buy a car from these and looking at the reviews, I am glad I didn’t, HORRENDOUS!!!

If you could give less than 1 star I would. How this place holds on to its main dealer status is beyond belief. This is how our 6 month old car was prepared for us. They knew we were coming and there commitment to their customers is non existent. Genuinely avoid. You’ve been warned!!! Just read the other comments we are not alone in our experience or views.

Purchased my car today with Alex, who was lovely and really helpful. I am really happy with the car and am confident that Alex would be able to help me further after purchase, should I need it. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is we paid extra for the protection seal both inside and out. It occurred to me after leaving that they couldn't have done the inside properly with the product as our car seat was still installed from the test drive and didn't appear it was taken out. From reading most of the negative reviews they seem to be relating to back of house, i.e. cleaning and preparing etc, but as far as I am concerned front of house is very good. Alex ensured he crossed the T and dotted the I, and is obviously in my opinion, very good at his job. Many thanks!
