My mum was in today trying to sort out an account, mum had been in on 2 other occasions and got no useful help but today was totally different a Scottish lady called G. McVea was amazing, she got everything sorted for her, spending nearly an hour doing so. Brilliant customer service well done

5* rating for staff in this branch of Nationwide on the corner of Royal Avenue opposite the City Hall. Firstly the blonde lady outside organizing the queue then another blonde lady inside who took my wife and myself to the first little enclosure inside the offices and dealt with our enquiries in a sympathic and most customer friendly way we have ever experienced anywhere. Both of these ladies left us feeling as if we had dealt with family and in their own way had made our day. A big thank you to those involved, as two elderly people we really appreciated the kindness shown.

Was in yesterday with my husband and the staff were very helpful in sorting us out! Absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful staff. Seen promptly without waiting! And this bank have opening times to suit those working full time!

Useless. Could not open an account online so had to come into this branch. No parking so had to pay for the privilege of on-street parking about half a mile away. Still could not open an account. Letters from the DVLA and Nationwide themselves don't count as proof of address. Irish driving licence not acepted as photo Id. Perhaps they should change their name to Nationwide-racists or Nation-narrow-minded.
