This entire facility is easily corrupted by cerebral programming. There is no security or safety networks in place that control network breakdown or extortion.

Documents they provide as part of the 196 court fee are not accepted by other agencies because they photocopy the seal of the court, which other government departments consider invalid and don't accept. Getting valid documents with the real, embossed court seal requires another trip to the courthouse and will cost you 5 each. A true inefficient bureaucracy.

I called to get some information and see if I could solve my problem over the phone nobody answered and then when I did answer they told me false heads had me waste my time to come in and lied when I showed up. You know Court clerks also take a oath of office! it is a shame that the citizens of whatcom county have to put up with this I had to drive 120 miles out of my way only to find out everything was a lie and a waste of time and resources! answer your phone and be truthful not rude condescending and back talking to somebody that is just asking a question! People of whatcom county need to vote these people out all the judges the mayor all the way across the board!

At first I had no idea why there was a security checkpoint to get to the dinky little district court office. Now I understand. These people could probably make a Jain start considering the upsides of violence. They won’t work with you on anything. Want to call ahead and save yourself a trip? Nice thought, they probably won’t answer your question accurately though. You’ll still waste a trip. They’ll make you come in, wait in line, listen to you repeat what they told you that morning, and then they’ll look at you like you’re stupid and say they can’t fathom who would have told you what -they- told you when you called their office. And you can’t really take your business elsewhere so I hope you like bashing your head against a wall of mediocrity bureaucracy forever to get a simple civil procedure done.
