The staff here is absolutely abysmal, lazy and rude. Could not find our appointment even though we have it on paper so they just decided to make us wait for hours. Unprofessional and unapologetic. The doctor is very professional though.

I have been in so many hospitals in my life. This has been the worst experience by far. We came for paediatric emergencies. We arrived at 4pm with my son having 40 degrees fever. My son literally vomited after a strong cough and we got totally ignored. The nurses didn’t even bother to ask us if we needed help. 7pm we finally get to see a useless doctor that told us he doesn’t know what he has and if the fever continues we should go to the paediatrician the next day. No medicine prescription, no help for what we should do in case the fever goes higher. On top of that when I ask a question after the check up of my son he asked me to get out the room because he needed to type down the document. I don’t know why this doctor is actually working in this service. If you are looking for emergencies avoid this hospital !!!! I’m totally serious.

Unser Sohn wurde mit einem schweren Herzfehler geboren (Hypoplastischer Linksherz Komplex) & diese Krankenhaus hat ihn zusammen mit dem Herzzentrum behandelt, operiert und fit fürs Leben gemacht. Heutzutage tobt er ganz normal und ist oft fitter als mein Mann ich. Vielen Dank. An alle Ärzte und Schwestern :)
