Not bad, the website is easy to navigate but a bit tricky trying to put filters in, perhaps it's because I'm using a phone and it might be better on a computer. Well set out and user friendly.

AVOID this company. After 12mths of waiting I still have rain water pouring into my flat and the one below. They do not communicate and when they do is condescending. Sarah in the office is un-professional and rude. They 'appear' to look modern, friendly and professional but behind that cloak it's false. This company are an agent for the council - they told me they were the council! I could write this review for hours. Having to live, eat and sleep in a small room as I can't use over 50% of my flat for damp and rain water, and take 100% of my rent or threaten me with eviction via text (Under the 1st Lockdown) is totally unacceptable. This property they have is riddled with damp. They will not spend any decent money on the place to sort it, just hidden with darker paint. The ceiling has had rain water pouring in for over 12mths and they have done very little to resolve it - typical of their general attitude. The so called 'fix' has now left rain water running into the communal area. I've tried with 'Housing Enforcement' to little avail as it's under the umbrella of the local council. I've tried to complain but this Agent has refused to write back or communicate. I've tried with the Housing Ombudsman but they are not registered. I'm very surprised they have good reviews on here as the practice seems to have a systemic lack of care and professionalism. An example of their attitude is sending a letter wishing a Happy Christmas on one line but the rest of the page was about paying your rent on time and facing eviction if you don't! It will only be a matter of time before I take them to court. I think the photos say it all. Remember I've had to live like this for over 12mths, the carpet is soaked and stinks - I would seriously re-consider using them.
Me and my girlfriend have recently noticed that the flat we live in has damp and mould everywhere the cooker over and fan above is not properly installed...we have asked them to sort it they asked for photo evidence we gave it them and then said our claim has been passed over to repairs...we have asked them more times what happening or if they can hurry the process or move our tenantcy to a different building...we haven't head anything what so ever and it is getting a joke my missis is getting ill from it all and I hate seeing her like this. It needs to be sorted otherwise this company will soon be going to court
It's a OK flat but I wish when you do you checks as I have found plug socket as you can see the screw is snaped in the socket and was just left with one screw in it and my cooker wasn't put in correctly so I had to do it my self.... And that's the only reason I'm giving 2
