Terrible experience with Brandon and INFINITI Hilton Head maintenance department. Brought my M37 in for diagnosis a week ago. First diagnosis found nothing and stated they were unable to recreate problem. Problem existed as I drove the car out of the lot. I returned it. Kept car over weekend with no update or return call on status. Finally received verbal diagnosis for 5500 dollars of repair and absolutely no information or detail on the diagnostic report that I paid for. Communications was terrible. I am going to replace the car with a purchase in the area but it will not be Infiniti as I have no faith in this dealership. A shame as Jim Abel seemed to be a great sales person on the selling side of the dealership.

Not a good experience. Salesman sold me a car without navigation which I requested. Plus was rude to me. Now the Sirius radio cannot receive signal. Was supposed to have 3 months free Sirius.I just lost my husband 3 months ago and I was on my own. Did not appreciate the service I received. Judi Burhans
