Usual fantastic service as it has been for the last twenty years. Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Only a relatively small purchaser, but they've never let us down.
Don't trust the website, in stock means bigger customers get the stock, small customers wait and wait and wait while they have your money. Customer service woeful. Avoid, plenty of other people doing the same thing.
Tried to order today from Brosch this morning where we have an account. I am a nurse working at an NHS colorectal and gynaecology clinic, seeing patients during this covid-19 crisis. The lady on the phone was quite rude and abrupt saying that she couldn't supply us but would check to see if they can and call me back ,as they only supply to front line workers. Several hours passed and no phone call recieved to confirm whether or not we can purchase from them. I called her back and reminded her of what has been said in the morning and the status, the fact that I was waiting for confirmation. She was as rude and abrupt as she was in the morning, and repeated that they only supply front line workers (which me and my colleague are) and said she could not supply us. FYI if you are planning to buy from Brosch, Williams medical supplies are similar prices and a much better/nicer customer service department
Wouldn't touch them with someone else's bargepole. Avoid at all costs.
