Staff review I have worked at Molly Maid for two years and have enjoyed every minute. We work in a team of two and I am the Route Manager with the daily responsibility of managing and directing the scheduled cleans and route. Every day is different with great opportunities to liaise with the staff and customers to enable an efficient and effective job and customer satisfaction. Each job is checked for quality of delivery and the customers are contacted by the supervisor to engage in feedback which is relayed to the team be it positive or negative. To create positive outcomes. I work with a great team of people and management who are supportive and deliver in real terms an open door policy. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of applying to work at Molly Maid Burton and Derby to do so and come along for a learning experience. The quality of cleaning is excellent. They are dependable. A morning appointment is very important to me and they always keep that time frame. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. I can highly recommend Molly Maid. They are super professional and courteous. They came in and tailored a custom cleaning routine and schedule to suit my family and our budget perfectly. They take care of all the details and leaves the house shinning and bright every time. I was surprised about how \clean\ everything was (there was no cleaning residue on anything). I don't believe any other cleaning service could match their professionalism, personality and the custom designed work they do on my individual home.
Firstly I’d like to say ignore the negatives, these are beige Gill and her team took over!! I got them in to complete a deep clean on my business before reopening after lockdown. WOW what an amazing job they did, I had had lots of building work completed over lockdown and the place was awful. This was no problem to them at all and by the end of the day the place was looking the next it ever has. I would definitely recommend them as they are professional, thorough and extremely talented cleaners. Thank you again for your service.

They did an amazing job! What an excellent team! The cleaning team went above and beyond my expectations. I came home to find that they’d cleaned areas of my house that previous companies always considered out scope. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.
