We stumbled across this restaurant out for a walk looked for somewhere for dinner. So very glad we went in. The owner is a gem and has travelled extensively filling his restaurant with lots of memories from his travels. But don’t let the decor fool you the food is delicious and the hospitality is fantastic. We felt like we were having dinner at a friends house who happens to be a good chef. Make sure you try this at least once.

Decor is fun...if you like the idea of Lady Haversham's attic. Stuffed full of stuff. Good place to bring visitors to Castelfranco. Nice touches of comped amouse bouche to start and nuts, coffee beans and meringue at the end - to justify 4 euro a head service charge. All in all an interesting place.

Awesome host. Ambiance of this place is more of a modern museum as opposed to a restaurant. All of thenseafood looked awesome. I tried local cuddlefish cooked in its own ink as an adventure. Host is more than willing to help explaining dishes and give you information about prep work. Its a must go if you are in this lovely Italian village.
