I have been going to this dentist for now 2 years. Dr. Ki Ngo was an amazing man and ALWAYS made me feel comfortable when I was terrified to have my wisdom tooth pulled! The staff was just as amazing as they always explained my insurance benefits to me and helped me spend as little money as possible. I recently went in for a few more wisdom teeth extracted and found out that Dr. Ki Ngo had passed. I instantly feared that the new dentist wouldn't make me feel as comfortable and I wanted to just run! The new doctor came in and was just as amazing as Dr. Ki Ngo!!! He was kind and made me feel so comfortable. He treated me as if he already knew me. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 and I was done and out of there by 3:40. I got both teeth pulled and it was so easy and didn't hurt me one bit. This dentist has the most amazing staff and they always make you feel like family. I live 45 minutes away from this place and I refuse to go anywhere else! Totally worth the time and gas! Thank you guys so much for the incredible service!

Good service
I have been a patient of Dr. Ki Ngo's Dentistry for more than a decade. They have the same doctors that were there before Dr. Ngo passed. I have had a very good to excellent experience each and every time. They always explain my insurance thoroughly and they charge my deductible and copay accordingly; as to what I expect from my insurance plan. Maybe you shouldn't expect to get things done for free. Marcia, they cannot overcharge you with copay or deductibles. They only go by your insurance plan. That goes with all medical and dental offices you visit.
It was that time for my family's annual checkup, and my daughter needed her tooth extracted. Bringing your whole family to any doctor's offices at any one time is a little hectic, to say the least. There was a flyer on my doorstep for Dr. Ki Ngo's office and reminded me that his office was able to take my whole family instead of making separate appointments for pediatrics dentist for the kids and my wife and I separately. I was able to have the whole family seen within the next day which is not typical of many other locations. His flyer offered teeth whitening services for a great price and my kids and I had our annual checkup and my little girl her tooth extraction all within two hours of service. The most important aspect of any doctor's offices, in my opinion, is the customer service and how the staff treat their patients. Well, his office gets a rating of 10 out of 10 for their friendliness because the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Any dentist that can make my kids not cry out in pain and sit in one place quietly is amazing.
Unfortunately, with the passing of Dr. Ngo in March, I do no longer recommend Dobson Warner Dentistry. In fact, we visited this week and the staff was rude, inconsiderate and basically told us to go somewhere else because they would no longer honor Dr. Ngo's discount. They would not even give us 10%. We were getting anywhere between 10 and 20% off over the past 7 years. It is hard enough that we lost a great person, but they are using his good name and reputation keeping Dobson Warner open and I can see they don't care like he did. They seem to be just about the money. I mentioned another dentist wanted to charge 1000s and the body language told the entire story. By the way, I'm a communications professor and can read body language very well. This past week, we received a post card for a dental reminder well over a month after Dr. Ngo's passing. The post card was from \Dr. Ki Ngo\. They are using his name still. I did call the ADA about this. They were aware of his passing but were never formally informed yet. So, it does seem awful and shameful that this office is using Dr. Ngo's name still. I will miss Dr. Ngo. He was a good person. He didn't care about the money as much as he cared about people. The office is completely changed. I do NOT recommend anymore. They did not even do the ethical thing and use a \Dobson Warner\ post card for a reminder. In fact, according to the ADA, they never even reported that Dr. Ngo was passed on.
