Have just started ordering from these guys. Have found them to be really helpful and accommodating over the phone and on email. My first order took a while but this was due to them being out of stock of a certain item however they informed me of this and I was happy to wait. Their prices are really good too. I will continue to use them as my preferred supplier.

I love this shop. The prices are extremely competitive and a good variety of goods. I like it that you can also buy online from them and I have always found the staff extremely helpful.
Good quality beads and the service is great. They are very efficient with their deliveries which is an added bonus.
Before this shop closed down and became an online shop, I could find practically everything that I wanted in here, if you want anything from here, look online.

I've used the website and shop before without problems, but with my last order, they sent the order to the wrong address. The customer service I received was really very bad. Unfortunately I was unable to collect the item from the flat they sent my order too. After I continue to ask for a solution, they are unresponsive. I will not be using the website or shop again. Really bad.
Updated review: I've had problems with creative beadcraft in the past, but lately they've improved a lot and have been offering a great service.
