I decided to surprise my wife for Christmas this year by buying her dream car, the new 2021 Blazer. I was helped by Casey Barron from John Megel and he is a true professional who made the buying process the easiest I've ever experienced. I've bought over 15 vehicles in the last 10 years and this was the smoothest sale by far. Casey was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and didn't try to hard-sell or pressure me like other dealerships do. He was very upfront with me the entire time and took the time to make sure everything was setup properly, even though I kept him there an hour past closing time on a Saturday night. I've been to John Megel many times but this is my first purchase. They were even prepared to help me out with my elaborate surprise plan to make this year a memorable Christmas. Couldn't be happier with the service and cannot recommend them enough! My wife was completely surprised and absolutely loves her new Blazer!

The service tech (Casey) was courtesy and professional with my issue. They replace the window motor but the problem is still there. Casey explain that it may be that the window rain guards I had install may be causing the widow to reverse when you push the auto window button up. It doesn't do it all the time just every now and then, if you hold the window button up the window will stay up and not reversed itself. It's not that big of a deal when problem may be due to having the rain guards install. The service was done in a timely manner and a courtesy car was provided, Thanks

Recently purchased a 2021 Tahoe Z71. The Good: I LOVE the vehicle and the salesman, Steve Job. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we were in and out as quickly as possible. The Bad: We were told and assured on two separate occasions that the Tahoe came equipped with a navigation system. It does not. After calling and letting them know, we were still told that it did. It does not. The salesman went back and looked at the sticker to confirm it didn't. When asked if it is possible for the navigation package/software to be installed should I choose to go that route, we were told it couldn't but no explanation as to why it couldn't. Next, I noticed the third row seat would not power fold. After taking it to the local dealer in my area, it needs the entire seat motor to be replaced. The car is less than two weeks old. Megel did not apologize or offer anything to alleviate the issue. I simply wanted what was promised on the vehicle. Fast forward three weeks after this initial review. The Tahoe lost power steering on two separate occasions and had to be towed to a local dealer. It could not be fixed by two different dealerships Luckily, Megel still had the SUV I traded and did what no other dealer has ever done... made it right. If I ever were to get another Chevy, it will be from Megel.
