Busy at time of arrival. I ordered online so the service was fast. Customer service was good. I did not receive my toast with my meal. The food had a lot of flavor but unfortunately the only thing I enjoyed was the sides. The banana pudding was delicious but too sweet to my liking. The ribs taste good but were too tough to eat. Couldn't tear apart, could barely bite the meat, and hard to chew. Very good food but I recommend tenderizing the ribs a bit more.

Food was good. Had to wait a long time for my food. When I was finally served they forgot my desert. Please check your bag before leaving the counter. Don't worry about the ppl behind you, cause I suggest they do the same.
The restaurant does an Excellent Job of being consistent. Rarely do you find a place that does great on the sides and vegetables as much as they do on the entrees. This restaurant does..
2/15/21 “This is it” barbecue is actually not “it”. This food is nothing special. The roast chicken is dry I had to take some of my husband’s gravy and rub on it to eat it. The only things I liked were the potato salad and the sweet potato soufflé. Collard greens are bitter. Tried it twice and it’s the Same thing. Food is also overpriced. Not returning.
So the food I had was good. I had the catfish nuggets. But the system they use to prepare food was weird. Seven people behind the counter with the food and they seemed confused and slow. It sure why it took so long and five people to make my plate. They need to maybe steal from chipotle to make it quicker. Also didn’t like the fact a guy in the kitchen came out to get a cup with his face mast off. This made me very weary to eat my food. The food was so good. You should try the potato salad. I will come back, but most likely after Covid. That could be a while but with the crowds and the kitchen staff not wearing masks properly , I will wait.
