Wow - by the reviews, this company is hit or miss. They definitely missed it with my sprinkler system. I had the system checked last Thursday and was told that everything was working fine. I was mowing the yard on Sunday and noticed one of the zones was very dry. I manually set the sprinkler to that zone and only a trickle was coming our of the sprinkler heads. I found a broken pipe underground and I dug it up and repaired it myself. I have called 3 times and left messages throughout the week and have not got a return call - very disappointed !

I had my controller go out due to power being intermittent in my area. The power loss caused issues with my wiring. I called discount sprinkler after reading some reviews. They seemed legit, and when the guy arrived the first thing he said was I have to trace wiring to hook everything up. I said, I figured that was the case. I approved that. After he spent about an hour making connections and so forth he says, \I need to replace your controller with THIS 300 dollar one before I can guarantee any work\ ( and that was on top of the 100 dollar charge just to come out to my house.) So, long story short, 600 dollars later... I still have three zones that do not even function. I don't even think they are hooked up. The 300 dollar controller does not even have WIFI capability. After this ordeal, I feel like these guys are equivalent to used car salesmen.
I am extremely pleased with the work that Discount Sprinkler/Aquamax performed on my sprinkler system. The technician Brandon, called and asked if I would be available earlier which worked great for my schedule. He analyzed the problem and had it repaired in under 15mins which is excellent. He also performed a general tune-up of my entire system and now it performs optimally, and the price was right. I wouldn't hesitate to call Discount Sprinkler for any future service.
Chilo did a great job with my sprinkler repair. There were two heads and a leak that he fixed. Very knowledgeable. Would use again.
I worked with Discount Sprinkler around this time last year. They were fantastic! The lady who answers the phone was super helpful and fun. The gentlemen who came out were amazing, and took the time to explain everything to me. I was super impressed how much thought and time they put into their work. I highly recommend them! The price was great too! Thanks again!
