Jennifer M does not respond to emails nor do they respond quickly to anything. A week has passed and i did not even get a response from an order we placed that we are in dire need of. I would never recommend them and would give 0 stars if possible. As of today 3/1/2021 this situation has not been resolved and Jennifer has not responded to my emails.

I ordered a product from here and spoke with a young lady online. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. What an asset for that company! I contacted her supervisor to let him know how pleased I was with her service. I had to leave a message. He actually contacted me and let me know that he appreciated my comments. He also let me know the positive rewards that they were going to give the young lady. I teach young people the employability skills they need to gain a position within a company and maintain that position. In a world where I usually get automatic systems or someone who is obviously in it just for the paycheck, it was absolutely refreshing to speak to both of these people. I am seriously impressed not only by her personable conversation and professionalism, but also by a supervisor who cared enough to contact me and let me know that he appreciated my phone call and who also cared enough about his employee to plan a special reward for her. Very impressive and I don't impress easily. I will most definitely support this company with future purchases.

I recently ordered medication with this vendor; which must be bought in bulk. Once I got the medication it's expiration date is less than a year. I wasn't notified prior to ordering the supply it was the only one in stock. When I called to let them know my concern, she only responded with \I can't\. Further telling me to reorder when that medication expire in the next few months. I should have been asked prior to the purchase if I still wanted the meds; especially if you have to purchase in bulk. Hopefully this help someone.

I am very happy with there products. Their customer service is great. I had questions about shipping and i was almost purchasing the 2 day shipping but the lady at customer service told me that i would more than like receive my products within that time frame with their free shipping and i did. I plan to be using their services again. I would highly recommend them.
