Would definitely recommend this company! The two gentlemen that work there (John and Gordon) are a credit to the business! I bought my first car from Cowgate Motors and I have to say I was incredibly nervous because I was doing it on my own with very little help, however, John couldn’t have been any more helpful. He was patient and friendly on the phone, he answered all of my questions, respectively and honestly, and was just a genuinely nice man. He even sent away all the paperwork (MOT & Road Tax) making this whole experience quick and stress free. Because this is my first car, I was not that confident to get behind the wheel straight away, so, Gordon drove the car right to my front door at no extra charge. Lovely man to talk too! He went over all the features of the car and mentioned that if there was any problems to give them a call. The car arrived in great condition, I’m so happy with it! Overall, my experience with this company has been great, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

When I went to view the car, John immediately handed me the keys and allowed me to give it a thorough inspection and to take it for a test drive. There were some minor issues that needed to be addressed but John promised to get these sorted and he was as good as his word. Throughout the purchase process, I found John to be completely honest and trustworthy and whenever I contacted him he was always ready to help. For my convenience, the car was delivered to Inverness for just 40 and it arrived in perfect condition with a new MOT and service. From my experience, I would say that the Cowgate Motor Company was a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

Great and simple experience buying this car with my daughter. Described perfectly, well presented and ready when we went to pick up. No problem with a test drive, Most completed and problems fixed before picking up. Simple to deal with, but don't accept card payments, which is a bit strange when even my personal account allows me to accept payments.
