I actually love the design of their products, and purchased 3 different items, one of them had a faulty zip, and having just shared a video with them, to show them the evidence, they immediately had it replaced with no questions further asked. This is truly a great customer service coupled with great design, and I shall gladly be a repeat customer for all other new products thta they bring out in the future!

I don't usually review consumer products but the Avant carry on is so impressive that I felt obliged. Outstanding quality and sturdiness, and the zero crease system works as advertised. Best possible suitcase for a 2-3 day business trip. Shockingly, security staff at airports have complemented the design/ asked me about Vocier several times! Client service is amazing as well - I had an issue with my suitcase and, true to their no questions asked guarantee, Vocier had a new one in my hands within a week. This is a great company with a great product and I hope they are able to expand their line soon!

I'm very grateful to Vinzent Wuttke and the Vocier team for not only producing incredible luggage, but also delivering incredible customer service. It's really important to have luggage that is sturdy and practical, but in addition to this the Vocier design features make every aspect of regular business travel a bit better. Compliments from colleagues and airport staff on having the most stylish luggage are a nice bonus!

I travel several times a month for business and had never quite been satisfied with whatever carry-on luggage I was using. Nothing seemed to protect my suits, and accessing things was always inconvenient. I switched to Vocier's C38 luggage soon after it was introduced. This was the best so far, and the kindest to my suits, but I missed having a spinner. Also, for winter trips the capacity was slightly limited. Most recently, I've been using Vocier's Avant luggage. This has all the advantages of the C38, but is also a spinner and has a little extra space inside because of the squarer shape. The matching briefcase, and attachment system, are extremely convenient too. It's also stylish and gets frequent comments. The quality of the materials and workmanship is extremely high. Also, Vocier has been very good at identifying small design improvements, so the luggage continues to get better in successive iterations. Finally, I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service, which has been extremely responsive and generous.

I reached out to Vocier customer service regarding a lost hanger and a minor but annoying malfunction of the bag hanger that came with the bag. I received a very prompt reply along with a request to send a picture of the malfunctioning component. Within days of my first contact Vocier not only shipped me a replacement garment hanger but also a replacement for my bag hanger....no charge. Service doesn't get much better than that and Vanessa in customer service made Vocier look really good. Vocier is a superior product with customer service to match.

Beautiful luggage, customer service with large potential for improvement. It took Vocier three months to replace a broken button on my F25 briefcase. It was only after I had set a deadline and announced that I would make use of my legal rights that things started moving. Vocier's explanation was that they use a small saddlery for such repairs. While I do like the fact that they appear to be supporting local business, it simply cannot be that simple repairs take so much time. As a cherry on the cake, I had to pay customs duty when the briefcase was finally delivered as Vocier had made a wrong customs declaration. At least they have promised to reimburse the amount. Bottom line: I am far from impressed by their customer service.
