THE Silver Mamba

I went for a Covid rapid test before Thanksgiving. In addition to them overbooking and having to wait around with 20 other people booked at my same time, the people were rude and they made the experience horrible. The other issue was when I was told it was ok to change my appointment. I would have to pay again but would be refunded for the first appointment. The manager and owner both admitted that I received incorrect information from the person at the front desk, but told me their policy was not to refund money; even though they admit wrong doing (I have them on tape saying this). I am now having to file a small claims suit to get the money back I'm due. If I were on my death bed, I would NOT ever go here and recommend you find someplace else as well.

Great service, fast and easy. Daisy was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because payment was required even though they bill insurance and I have a zero co-pay leaving me to battle this out with my insurance company to get a refund.

I went to the Dallas location and by arriving early (about 20 minutes) everything went smoothly and I was out fast. I did the rapid test and got my results in about 15 minutes as said! Great service and friendly staff.

Very easy and quick to make appointment for my mom who was concerned her job might have exposed her to COVID. They were able to get her the results in about 30 minutes. The place was easy to find and very professional and she found the test to be easy to handle. Recommend 100% of you want quick and painless testing.
