Words cannot express how grateful I am that Kevin came out to fix my machine twice and issues that were above his control. It really meant a lot to me..I had a vertical collapse on my Cruis'n World arcade monitor which I got for my spouse . All around great guy. Fixed my pinball & slot machine in one quick visit. Also changed to LED bulbs in the pinball machine. Looks awesome. Highly recommend the services provided!!!
Update: 12/6/18. Had Kevin out again today to fix a new to me machine that wasn't working properly. He quickly diagnosed about 5 issues, and fixed all in a timely manner. Upon watching him and with my electrical background I can clearly tell this is not his first rodeo. There was one repair he could have charged me for but saved me money. Thanks again kevin Customer service is very good. Technical skills is excellent. It's nice we have a solid pinball repair men in the area.thanks Kevin!!!!
Finally Charlotte County has a true pinball repair service! I have been playing pinball for over 50 years and own 4 machines. I found out about Full Tilt Pinball LEDs online searching. I had Kev shop out my 1994 Roadshow. It came out FANTASTIC! It is better then when I got it! He picked it up and had it back to me in 4 days! Lucky! He's shopping my Williams Fun House. Can't wait to see that one. Amazing job on the LEDs! I can see my game so much better! You owe it to yourself to have this guy work on your pinball machine. \KEEP FLIPPING\!
