Found Peaky Shiners on google rang to discuss my requirements, polishing of 1936 Riley alloy cam covers in poor condition .Spoke to Mike who set up a meet and advised me on best approach to take for a renovation plan.Very friendly and professional service, finished job before promised time and even helped with delivery of parts. Absolutely delighted with finished job which was show quality at a very competitive price. I will definitely be using Mike again on the future polishing jobs to complete my restoration project. I found Micheal's details online and took a chance and just dropped in. I had had two outer metal heat shields for my old motorcycle exhaust which had gone very rusty. I had set about them with a sanding disc which got the rust off but had left them very badly scratched. Mick explained the process in detail and said he would do his best in between his larger contracts. He gave me a price there and then but I asked he he could stay in the low side of the budget. A week later he called to say they were ready. Have to say he did a sterling job and kept his word on budget. Rapping up I found my experience with Mick was very professional and polite and takes his time to ensure you are kept informed. All in all great service. Many thanks Mick Regards Graham Crowe

I found Michael via a simple “metal polishers in Somerset” search in Google and I am glad I did. He has brought back to life a number of brass and aluminium parts for a restoration, some of them quite delicate and easy to damage, being made from very thin material All were handled with care and skill.
