Absolutely disgusted in how poorly my order was executed. Ordered three lots of platters for valentines and all three were to disappointment. Wrong labels on boxes Barely grilled chicken; just dunked in the sauce & slapped in the box. Droopy & lumpy mash; microwaved rice! Utterly disgusted considering this use to be our favourite takeout joint now it’s merely the worst! Lost a loyal customer over incompetent Grillers!

Placed a click and collect order, well organised collection, ready on time. Great meal.
Was really looking forward to our nando's lunch today but unfortunately our experience at lunchtime today was disappointing. We had a long wait for our food ( even though we could see it sitting under the hot lamps waiting to be collected) and when we did get our food my daughters choice had to go back because the salad was missing in her wrap . Unfortunately my chicken was a little on the dry side but edible. Our waitress did correct all our concerns but we left still disappointed
