I have never been treated so poorly as a customer before. I went in to buy a spare part and the man who served me was not only unfriendly but rude and aggressive. Although the item I bought itself was fine and did the job, I regret purchasing it because I wish I had not given my business to this man. I would have returned the item out of principle once I had digested what had happened, but the man insisted he would not give me a receipt for it, so that was not an option. I was perfectly friendly and courteous to him but the way he acted was completely unacceptable. Perhaps other members of staff here might not be so bad. But this man has put me and my family off entirely, and we will never be shopping here again.

Who knows if he is good at repairing washing machines. Never turned up and didn't even have the courtesy to ring and cancel. Abrupt on the phone. I wasted two days waiting for him to turn up. When I asked him why he didn't turn up his response \domestic crisis\ - I don't know if he did have a domestic crisis or not but a bit of common courtesy and picking up the phone and saying wouldn't have gone a miss!
