Where do I begin with CORM!!! From beginning to end, the experience my husband and I had here especially with Dr Perfetto was fantastic! Occasionally, there were a couple of admin hiccups (my advice: Stay on the admin/support services side to get things ironed out however it does not reflect negatively on the care I received whilst there). I was referred to Perfetto by my OB-GYN (Yunas, who might I add is equally fantastic). I stepped into Perfetto’s office Dec 2019 and despite all the covid challenges, we yield results by Oct 2019! Of course everyone’s situation is different. However during our time there, Perfetto held our hand every step of the way! Might also add we has an amazing nurse, Rachel. She was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable when it came to detailing out our options, timelines, and plan of care. When I tell thoroughness is her calling card, you best believe it! It’s funny because outside of the office, I felt like she and I would be awesome friends! We are incredible grateful and we thank God for her! Her care, professionalism, and expertise is second to none!!! We are definitely adding Perfetto/CORM to line up of all-star healthcare professionals! Perfetto, if/when you read this... YOU ARE BOMB!!! Advice to the patients/clients: *Be open! *Be proactive! *Be engaged! *Be organized! *Ask any and all questions (no question is silly or dumb)! *Stay on top of your part of the process/commitment! *Have a little faith! *Trust the process! I promise if you do these things you too will be successful! Most folks don’t realize or understand that this journey is a two-way street. They’ll do their part but you’ve got to do yours!

Dr. Kathiresan and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Dr. Kathiresan is very caring and takes time with you and listens to you. She never made me feel pressured to make any decisions, and I felt like I was driving the bus the entire time. Her heart is just so big and I can’t say enough good things about her and her staff. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and warm and relaxed in an otherwise very stressful situation. Special shout out to the phlebotomist at memorial city who always lifted my mood and gave me hope!

I am not satisfied with there service at all. They do not care what is the each patient's situation. They ask you to do all kind of test, maybe just to charge you. And it doesn't matter what is the result. you have to call and follow up with them about the result, ask about the next step. if you do not, they would not care. Unfortunately I have a lot bad experience with them because of their delay.
