Good care company located in Huddersfield. I would have said great communication and very reliable however after my mum was in hospital for 3 weeks, which was communicated to them, Bespoke Care stopped the care package without any notice, leaving us in a bit of a mess when she came to be discharged! A private care company had to be appointed as there were no other options at such short notice.
