Very poor experience as they agent does not know what needs to get done and asking even small details to their colleagues. They give information in bits and started arguments that we provided all the information. Their manager is even worst on customer service, rather then listening to customer's issue she states system is not more in our control and all, where expectation was to resolve an issue. Their executives calls you saying we will take care of your problem and when you go there any did not even share complete issues. I would have given 0 rating if that would be an option.

Relationship Hacks

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I drew money from an ICICI ATM and the machine took back Rs 5500 back and didn't dispense. When I checked the balance it says it dispensed. I contacted the customer support and went to the branch and spoke to the manager immediately. They said they raised a request and an investigation happens and the money will be credited. Later on they closed saying the machine dispensed. I never got my money. back.

This ATM is no ordinary machine, it is a sophisticated torture device - thought up by the most ingenious minds Uncle Lucifer has in his employ. It can be found in a forgotten corner of the cafeteria, lurking behind a constantly swinging door. I implore you, do not seek it out. It may look innocuous, it may convince you to approach it with hope in your young eyes, but stay vigilant! Like a siren it calls out - promising freshly printed, crisp banknotes to those that brave the sea of hungry employees that swill around. Be warned though, it is merely a cruel ruse. Those courageous fools that insert their cards into its gaping maw with trembling hands are rewarded with an ominous silence, and then a small sigh of satisfaction - as their precious plastic rectangles are swallowed and digested. Years have passed since it spat out a single paisa, and yet nothing changes - hopeful fools are ensnared, the wails of the unfortunate echo through the building, the ground around it is watered by the tears of its victims.
