Returning library books made easy during Covid,a box inside for you to put them in...Cafe is open & museum upstairs. Hand gel & wet wipes for you to use when entering or exiting. All staff here working hard with the new restrictions. . ️

My wife and I took our grandkids to this lovely Building and I was so surprised they really loved it it's more like a museum but some of the exhibits are fantastic from an ancient dug out canoe to stunning pictures and stories from all over the world and a lot with something to do with Kilmarnock, the kids loved the lion exhibit and the dinosaurs and the very old school desks and toys kids had years ago, all of this is upstairs and downstairs the library had pens pencils for drawing and which is always a big hit with our lot, we stayed easily for 2 hours and enjoyed it all 5 stars.

The museum exhibition from Dean Castle is really interesting, not a bad library either. There are pc and printing facilities in the library as well.
