If you are at Chandni Chowk(Kolkata) , this is one of the best place to have lunch or dinner. this shop is really old and the ambience is really good, the people working there are really polite. the food is also good, specially the biriyani is too good like one of the best for me till date.

I went for their star dish Mutton rezalla, you expect to be served the dish you want from the joint. Unfortunately they had only the chicken rezalla. These are iconic food joints, if they don't maintain professionalism, we customers leave disheartened with no enthusiasm to come back. They even had no option for money transfer or UPI, cash was the only mode. Really left with hopes crushed.

If you are at Chandni Chowk, Kolkata & planning to have lunch or dinner it's very possible to end up being here. It's one of the oldest shops here. I have tried there Paratha(Just Awesome) 35 Butter Naan(Soft & fluffy) 45 Mutton Champ(Too aromatic, actual taste of meat was not coming out) 200 Chicken Rezala(Bit runny) 200 overall rating 3/5 **They don't serve beef and they don't have any branch

Things to try: Chicken Rezala, Paratha, Chicken Bharta, Firni, Shahi Tukra, roll. Things to avoid: Naan , tandoori roti, Chicken Chap. Haven't tried the biriyani but haven't seen many people order biriyani there.

Rezala is top notch.... though they won't give you some extra gravy if you want! The part of the restaurant on the ground floor is noisy as it's beside the busy road. There's also a tidy part on the first floor. The hot tandoori rotis are also good!

Located very close to Chandni chowk metro station. A very old food joint of that area. They srrve typical mughal cuisine. Staffs are old people therefore very welcoming and humble. Mutton chaap is my favourite. They make this perfect. Bharta is a bit compare to what we have in new restaurants nowadays. But tastes good. Coming to the biryani. It is very light. There is jo over usage of spices and smell. You won't feel heavy after eating it. But i felt the quantity of rice and mutton piece is comparatively less than the price charge.

An honest review of Sabir's.. When I asked that I need only one seat the boy in the reception counter said "andar to khaali hi hai" (Its all empty inside). I did not get that first but later I understood why it is so. The food quality is very very very average and its totally running by its name.. I ordered two Parathas and one plate special Sabir's Mutton Rezala. I did not find anything "special" in it. It was regular a regular mutton curry. And the total cost was 290/- (2 X 35 220). It was not a pleasant experience at all in Sabir's.
