I took my used Suzuki Boulevard C50 that I just purchased into Sky Powersports Lakeland for a tune-up and a valve adjustment because they are a Suzuki dealership. That was a wrong assumption. I have had to continually call for updates from the shop manager not the other way around and, they have a text messaging service. This is the third week they have had my bike for a simple tune-up and valve adjustment. There seems to be no real hurry to get work completed. I expected more from a dealership and was ready to pay a premium but for this level of effort, I am extremely disappointed. I know what goes into a tune-up and valve adjustment. I thought I was bringing my bike to an organization I could trust. They still haven't fixed the valves so I will have to take to another shop. Not happy about this experience. Would not recommend for servicing. The new motorcycle store is different. Nice place with excellent customer service.

This place was awesome. Vary nice people who work here. I dealt with Mike Jason, and was vary easy going. If you are looking to purchase or just browse, they have great prices. I bought this 2017 with zero miles. !can you believe it! Just come check it out.

Recently bought a preowned ranger from them chris helped us with our purchase he was very informative and didnt make us feel like we were pressured into the sale. They were able to go over all of the previous service records with us and inform us on all of the ins and outs we needed to know about the buggy before leaving with it. All in all its a great place that looks amazing and the people there are kind and helpful.

This Place is a rip-off, overpriced parts and maintenance, called today 02-22-21 to find out what they would charge to reset a maintenance reminder on a 2012 seadoo wake and they wouldn't even do it. Barney's which I highly recommend said they would do it for 40 I was just trying to avoid the drive to Brandon and back as I live in lakeland. Everytime I need parts they are always higher than everyone else around and online will not waste my time with this place ever again!
