The service from start to finish was extremely good. The car I ordered took a few months to arrive and I was updated every step of the way and made to feel very valued. Jon Savigar in particular was excellent, so very attentive and informative, a real pleasure to deal with. Not only is his knowledge of the product and the process second to none, but he also found the time to keep me constantly informed by phone and email. His passion for the car itself gave me huge confidence I had chosen the right vehicle and look forward to driving it over the next few years. Collection was made easy given the current circumstances, essentially click and collect with all guidelines followed. The branch manager even joined for a brief chat and to congratulate me on my purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of the all round service I received. Highly recommended and thank you.

We have had two Alfa Giuliettas and the customer service and sales teams have always been excellent here in Leeds. Unfortunately we have had issues taking our Alfas to the local Arnold Clark garages where we live in Huddersfield as they have little experience of servicing them. Consequently we have to make the trek to Leeds to resolve any issues arising.
