I have a very important question or the people who go to this school or the people who went here. How much do you have to pay each year to study here? I at the moment am in year 10 and soon will have to start applying or looking for future schools. Please help

I studied the GDL here last year and I am currently completing the LPC. The quality of the teaching is overall very good at ULaw, and the tutors are all incredibly helpful and supportive. The building itself is impressive and stands out on Park Row. The campus isn't huge, but has a fairly sizeable library as well as an open space on the top floor which also has computers. The top floor is a great space if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere for studying and socialising. The location of the campus is ideal, being right in the centre of Leeds it is just a 5 minute walk from the train station, and close to many of the city's big law firms. Would certainly recommend to anyone also considering completing their GDL or LPC here.

I had numerous problems with this university... Firstly, I endured very serious mitigating circumstances during my exam period, and they were absolutely unwavering about giving any kind of consideration or even letting me resit the exams. In my third year, I was harassed (and bullied, basically) by two other students, the staff did absolutely nothing, despite me going to them upset on multiple occassions. Their response was to tell me to stay behind a year so I wouldn't be in their class! Their ONLY response was to make me leave university and return the following year into a new class. After I graduated university, they took months upon months to return money I was owed. It took several emails, and several phone calls, asking where the money was which was promised. It wasn't until we were about to take serious action that they returned it. Also, I still have not receieved my university degree certificate, despite graduating last december. I have informed them I can't continue my studies until I receieve this certificate - however they are unbothered and fob me off with excuses. I also know 2 other people who have had a bad experience with this university. E.g. being unreasonable and money hungry. I don't recommend it.
