Had Brian Craig fix my golf cart , battery replacement& Brake replacement, he came and took the cart and repaired it or used it for three days and I hooked it up to charge and it wouldn’t charge I text and emailed him after a week he had not replied so I had to hire another company to fix it he had forgot to hook up the charging port after battery replacement they charge me 125 to fix it, I asked him since it was his mistake to reimburse me he said he was mailing the check out that day that was two months ago I contact him and he has an excuse every time he just told me he was in the hospital that’s been two weeks ago I still haven’t got the check, watch out! Now I will have to take legal action ,I know it’s hardly worth it but I don’t like being ripped off

Brian does finally call you if you call many, many times. Unfortunately he didn’t know how to fix my cart, and he doesn’t have standard tools found in just about any shop. After 6 weeks I gave up. I paid him for his misdiagnosis of course, but had to have it towed to a shop that knew their stuff. I then paid all the fees at the next shop but I got my cart back in an hour — simple issue, common problem, solved in less than an hour. And I got my cart back with a little bit of Summer left to enjoy it. I’m not an angry person, but people should not go through this shop. Brian’s a bit of a temperamental, indignant guy as well. Just shop around and find a decent shop. Caddy Shack Golf Repair in Cumming GA is great

Well Brian , called you an no return call still . 4100 Awsome golf cart but can't drive it 4 miles without it dying and being toad back ! When your ready to replace the faulty battery pack . Let's change this review man !
