This is the best company to work for if you are in full-time education, as I know guys that are going university during the day and working 5-6 night shifts a week on the regular. This is possible as Axis are really good at securing contracts and operate with a broken moral compass. You have to make a check call every two hours so there is plenty of time to get your sleep in but if that is not enough just skip one or two, worst case scenario the nicest control room operators ever will call up your honest hardworking colleague who doesn't sleep on the job and ask if everything is okay on site and put your check call through without repercussions ever . If you are a client avoid if its in your power to do so, even if you get good guards that care, how long before they stop caring in an environment where the management don't care. Would you put the effort in? if was not deemed necessary.
Axis was a great company to work for, i was a Security Supervisor for them, i really enjoyed my time with them. The Security team and higher management was a pleasure to work with and the management was approachable and dealt with any issues i had promptly and in a timely manner I’d like to thank Axis for the great opportunity that they gave me and wish them all the success in the future.
