I had a very good experience from start to finish. Liliya handled my booking for a end of tenancy deep clean before I moved house. The cleaner arrived perfectly on time and I left her to the job. I was advised that some extra time would be needed to complete the job to the highest standard. The cleaner then contacted me when the job was complete. Communication and quality of work is brilliant. The property was left spotless. I will certainly use this service again in future and recommend to friends.

Ina is the best cleaner we’ve ever had. She is amazing and our cat Waffy loves her too. She’s always so friendly and warm, nothing is too much trouble. Her ironing and cleaning is amazing and she takes special care with delicate items, we really can’t fault it. I’ve booked her for more hours now as we are currently using our home as an office. Very grateful for the cleaning services provided by Virginia who works for Cleaning Express. We have a little baby in the house and Virginia just does magic to our home without disturbing the delicate harmony in it. Place looks spotless, she is on time, knows how to use all the appliances and does not need any explaining. Communication with her manager is very good, one feels well looked after and in control of everything that is happening which is rarely the case with app-style cleaning process. Recommending highly both Cleaning Express and Virginia that works for them.

The 2 ladies L and G who came to do the deep clean were very friendly and did such an amazing job. Honestly I can’t say just how hard they worked and the end result was a beautiful transformation. We've been really impressed with Cleaning Express, and have been using them for the last three years or so. Andreea, our regular cleaner, is absolutely fantastic. The house looks spotless after she's finished, she's very friendly and trustworthy and very patient with our cat (who follows her around the entire time she is cleaning). Cleaning Express also provide replacement cleaners if she is sick or on holiday, and this is done in a timely manner. They're very responsive on emails or phone.
