Have had logs twice from them. Too many small logs. Be warned: they deliver roadside on a pallet and charge 10 to take the pallet away. Last time they dumped an extra pallet on us (that somebody had presumably paid them to take away). Won't use again.

Super friendly delivery guy who made the unloading of the logs very easy for me. Logs smell amazing and burn well. My only criticism is that they're cut quite small so need to refuel more frequently than I would like. Once I'm on the sofa I like to stay there :)
The logs from London Firewood are excellent quality and keep us warm on Winter nights. They burn at a good rate and with high heat so we find them much more cost effective than many similar products. This is the second year we have used LF and there service is highly responsive with great customer service.
Superb product. Efficiently delivered and helpful staff. Worth considering for the future a text messaging service on the day of delivery to confirm an approx time slot.
Does exactly what it promises, delivers kiln dry logs that provide great heat and burn well. Could do something about collecting the pallet though as it is difficult to get rid of. I would definitely recommend them for those seeking good quality, reasonably priced logs for their log burners. 5 stars
