I had a back problem in 2017 and was told by my chiropractor to swim. At that point in time, I didn't know how to swim so went to Immerse to start swimming lessons. My instructor, Katherine is brilliant. I enjoyed it so much that I am still having lessons now. I would recommend Immerse to anybody who wants to take up swimming or to just to improve their swimming technique.

Last year, at the age of 38, I couldn’t swim. I was terribly anxious about pools, and it had been 20 years since I’d been in the water. 6 weeks ago I began adult swimming lessons with a kickass instructor from Immerse. Now I’m not scared at all, I can actually do front crawl with proper breathing and everything and most importantly of all, I feel totally happy taking my 2 year old daughter swimming, which is something I never dreamt of doing when I became a father. So I’m absolutely elated. I recommend Immerse sooooo highly. I loved every minute and I developed so much. My instructor Katherine couldn't have been better - so encouraging, patient and really kind! Her instructions were also incredibly clear and made total sense. Thanks to her I stopped being nervous after just a few mins into my first session - and now I go swimming twice a week, every week and I actually love it now!!!
