Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are clean and well cared for. It really was a home away from home, and well-situated near a grocery store, and if your child is up to it, some of the sights of L.A. A lot of the evening meals were donated, and there were activities for the kids. It took an enormous amount of stress off to be there, and we are so grateful to the LARMH.

Staying here for me was very much an unplanned event. I never saw myself as someone benefitting from such a place, but when circumstances aligned and this place came through it gave me the ability to be close to my daughter. The meals of love really helped through a time of hardship. Very grateful to be able to stay here.
A wholesome charity
I guess it's the thought that counts, but I noticed that the San Diego facility seems to have more staff, and MUCH more volunteers. They have something going on for EVERY meal, and lunch and dinner is almost always hosted by an outside foundation looking to do good. So I don't know if S.D has more philanthropist than L.A, or maybe or maybe just better management? What I do know is that S.D RMDH was a better place for me to be when my son was sick.
The do great work for the community.
Always my home away from home. The staff us very nice and always threw to support the families. The cost is minimal as well. No families turned away because of financial difficulties.
Thankfully I’ve never had any need for their services, but God bless this facility and all who work at it. They do His work.
I was only there for a couple of days but we had a nice experience. The staff there were very nice and always tried to keep you busy and happy. They tried and for that I will always be grateful. I have nothing bad to say everything was wonderful.
