St. Nicolai est la plus récente et la plus petite des trois églises de Lüneburg. Elle possède trois nefs et une unique voûte en croisée d’ogives. L’église a été complétée en 1440, mais le clocher actuel a été construit en 1895-96 dans le style néo-gothique.
