Great menu, wide choice of burgers and steaks plus salads and sides. If you hungry, try the Big Manc Burger! But the winner (in my humble opinion) are the Cheeseburger spring rolls ; delicious!!

A burger joint that caters well for vegans... fantastic as I now have a place I can enjoy with my carnivore mates! Terrific vegan burger and plenty else I could eat on the menu.
I'll preface this by saying I'm American so I love burgers and have a pretty high standard for burgers. I went into Solita's with high expectations having heard about it from many people and having read about it on a few blogs that list it as one of the best burger places in Manchester but honestly...why? The burgers all come with at least two parties but they're 3oz so they're tiny and thin, so the meat tastes like nothing at all. Thin burgers for me are some of the worst and it just tells me the place doesn't actually know burgers. They also come with loads of pointless ingredients, like breaded bacon and candied bacon which to me has zero value cause it tastes like nothing. The burgers as well are really small, almost the size of the McDonald's Bacon Cheeseburger (the baby one), which would be fine if the burgers were any good, but they really arent. On top of it the average burger costs between 15 and 20 (more if you add extras) and to get a bad burger for that much money, it just makes me wonder how people can like this place. Oh yeah, we also ordered sweet potato fries which were soggy. On top of it the service is horrible. When we went in we had to keep chasing the server down for drinks, cutlery, condiments, napkins. Thankfully we went during the Eat Out to Help Out cause to pay full price for this nonsense is such a ripoff. Even for half price I found it overpriced. Honestly, the McDonald's Signature burger is much better, with much better meat, and for a third of the cost. I would give a hard pass for Solita.
1st visit here for Son in laws birthday. Great food fantastic service. Will definitely be going back.
Love it here! Food is amazing top notch. They do some amazing quirky sides like cheeseburger spring rolls which are a must have!
