The breakfast good.service was perfectly good and nice to us. But the last day I order steak and first they bring me overbooked it was tested bitter and the second ,they changed my steak was all with lard and cooked but just by the end of steak the middle piece wasn’t cooked. So chief stop doing what you can’t do! It’s not your job!!!!!!

A la carte breakfast is preferred as opposed to buffet option. Slow Floridian service but friendly. Eggs benny on avocados, shrimp & chicken tacos, Ceviche, guacamole & grilled options.

I have never written a review before of a restaurant, however, this one was so bad I needed to write this. First, our waiter was distant and the service was poor. He knew nothing about the menu or the drink choices. In addition, he looked a mess. They tacked on gratuity for 20% when we were going to leave a 20 for a 320 dollar bill because the server was not trained at all. Second, when you order a vodka soda, you don't put in the most expensive vodka in and charge us 16 bucks. House alcohol is implied. The food was ridiculously over priced and portions were small. The drinks were way too sweet, especially, that party pink drink. Avoid at all cost if you want to waste your money.

Great place and in the chaos of South Beach on a Saturday night we made a reservation and this place was empty. Great outdoor seating area. Ordered a salad and ribeye. All amazing. Brussel sprouts were great, I could eat the grilled plantains until I exploded they are so good. Service was okay - but overall good food, reasonably priced for Miami and great for a romantic and quiet date night.

Stayed recently for a business trip, and I thought I worked long hours! Flavio, was there when I came down and STILL there (being just as helpful friendly also Flavio has such great hospitality) when I got back to the hotel all three nights! The room was clean and comfortable and the rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful!

Went to the Pizza pop-up that goes every Friday. Amazing Pizza, very good dough and fresh toppings. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the service (provided by the restaurant, NOT THE POP-UP) we had with the server was unacceptable. Zero communication with us. The typical I don’t give a damn attitude. Sad management let’s this happens.

We made a reservation for 10:30am on Wednesday. We sat down until 10:55am and were never even approached by a server. No drinks, no menu. Super disappointing as we stayed at the Nautilus hotel for 5 days & wanted to give their restaurant a try. Don’t waste your time here.
