I lived In Milwaukee 20 years ago and ordered food here weekly for years. I love the food here. It’s delicious and simple. And fresh. I don’t live there now but about once a year I pass through to visit family and it is still the same. The women you see behind the counter and in back are the owners. They’ve been doing this for a long time and can be rude and somewhat slow at times. But if you can deal with the attitudes and occasional longer waits it is worth it! Just prepare yourself ahead of time and know this is not usually a fast in and out experience. They also prepare some things fresh I believe so it may be a little longer. The low ratings are probably mostly due to the attitudes and not the food. Food from my experience is excellent.

I met a friend here to get a quick snack/sweet treat and was beyond blown away! This place and the extensive items they have to offer are out of this world! VEGETARIANS....this is a must see and/or a weekly stop. Love this place !

Today at 1100 I went to hopefully order a few samosas, I walked in and a lady had just finished ringing someone up. She saw me walk in. I waited to get my order in. Instead of coming to me, greeting me, or taking my order she walked back into the kitchen. I waited a few minutes and she never came back. 5 min passed and I rang the service bell bell cash register. I waited a total of 10 minutes before I left. They never came out n I rang for service twice. Very rude. Very poor service. I hope you treat your customers better next time.

i just got this from door dash and i’ve eaten hundreds of thali plates from numerous restaraunts at take out and lived in india for some time and this is by far the worst one i’ve ever had. I am really not happy with the quality or portions of the food.. we paid 25 for this plate and the currys came in small condiment cups. i requested no butter or cream, which hasn’t been a problem ANYWHERE and everything had butter or cream in it, i had a huge hair in the first bite i took, they forgot our drink and extra items we ordered. tried to call the restaraunt and tell her and the woman screamed at me and barely spoke english and then she hung up on me. I am very upset, please choose elsewhere.
