I learned a lot from my visit. They have restaurant, bakery and cafe that you can get some eat. They have very informative tour. And free taste of different \sake\ they produce. I went there twice:-)

２月限定の発酵食品を使ったバイキング料理に飲み放題付きを頂きました、ぶりカマ、サーモンなど魚からとり、豚、サイコロステーキ、パスタやカレーにデザート、飲み物はビール６種に焼酎６種となかなかですが、どれも酒のつまみと言った感じでしたが、チーズが色んな種類を使ってあり好きな方には大好評、デザートフルーツに日向夏は美味しかった、味について一言言えば最後に締めで味見したカレーが塩味がかなり強くカレー味がしなかった事、ビールも限定２種を味わえて大変満足でした
