i ordered an sony camera from their website on Tuesday got it on Wednesday super satisfied for some reason i cancelled my order first time. did not meet any difficulty. this seller is reliable. Also they offered best price i can find in the market. definitely 5stars.

I printed nearly 50 photos of various sizes (6x8, 8x10, 8x12, 11x14) at Excellent Photo for a photography exhibition, and I was very happy with the service and quality that I received. The owner was incredibly helpful, and he went the extra mile to ensure that I was 100% happy with my order. I have not purchased any equipment from him (yet!), but he sells a wide variety of high quality cameras (Canon, Nikon, Olympus, etc.) and camera accessories including lenses, flashes, memory cards, film and lots of photo frames and albums. I also noticed a few other high tech gadgets for sale behind the counter like portable speakers and headphones. I would definitely recommend Excellent Photo to anyone looking for high quality photo printing and camera gear!
Horrible experience so far. I ordered a bike light for 175 and never received it. Customer service told me they won’t do anything to help me because FedEx said they delivered the package however I never received it. Either way it’s not my fault because I paid for an item and never received it. Strongly do not recommend using this business for anything
I was really skeptical to order from this store as I am located in California and this was my first time ordering online from a store in Canada, and that too an expensive item (Sony E-mount lens) close to a thousand dollars. Before buying from Excellent Photo I had already tried a couple of well known stores (Vistek and Henry's). Both of these stores rejected my order after a couple of days of placing it as they do not ship to US (their online purchase forms allow placing order from US and US credit card!). Finally, I placed my online order through Excellent Photo and everything was quick and smooth. Instantly received my online confirmation and the product was shipped within hours. It got delivered via FedEx in 3 days (of a 3-6 days shipping). Their price was same as other stores and in-stock status was true (for items like these which are stocked in limited quantities, some stores show in-stock online but their order processing rejects later for reason of out-of-stock). The product was packaged nicely, as it should be for a fragile item. Very pleased and would definitely look at this store for any of my future purchases!
Great experience from my first conversation via chat to an email asking for an update regarding a shipping concern dealing with the courier. All businesses should strive for customer service like this. I ordered a Canon lens which happened to be on sale, I was hesitant to order it online as I was just scammed by Maple Leaf Photo. Buyer beware as they sell grey market camera equipment with no warranty (just search Google to see what I mean) but after some research I found Excellent Photo was an authorized Canon dealer. Sure enough the lens should up in a Canon box with a Canadian US warranty. First time buyer as I'm out of province but would not hesitate to purchase again in the future.
