It was good food! I was so glad to see it was well run and kept the social distance thing going. Great prices and good service. I was happy with the experience.

Took a group of about 15 youth girls here as part of a church activity. I was impressed at how good the staff were, providing masks and food grade gloves for each of us, as well as disposable utensils (we did call the day before to make a reservation and everything was ready when we arrived - we even had an entire section in the side room just for us). Definitely within CDC guidelines. There were also markers on the floors to help with social distancing. Food was tasty. All together our party totaled about 23. We were looking for a restaurant that could accommodate a group our size and were glad we found Newark Buffet!
Food r good n fresh. Only problem was the birthday Song r run n run. Volume r 2 high. 19.9 w/Sushi n Sashimi Try,if U have Chance.
I love this place it's the best place to eat anything you want to eat. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Omg been coming here for years & hands down my most fave Chinese buffet in the Bay I love coming here esp w my whole fam everything is soooo delicious & on point my kids always enjoy it here as well so come with a huge appetite it’s always worth every Penny really highly recommended
Apart from long waiting to be seated, the food is excellent. Love the seafood. Reasonable price too
Shrimp mayonnaise is my favorite here. Other food are awesome too. Love coming here.
