I am completely satisfied with the work done to our property. Al's Landscaping did a Phenomenal job! No messes or issues. Highly recommended, the team work was awesome too. And the office personnel was very patient dealing with me calling like 12times asking for Al great job guys!

Al's has always provided me with exceptional service. I love the recommendations for landscaping design that they come up with. I have never been disappointed and always get compliments about how beautiful my landscaping looks - I would never go anywhere else!!
I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my lifetime. I simply called and asked how much river rocks were, which they were much higher than other places, I mentioned that he was higher than another place, he said...\then go buy them somewhere else\ before even attempting to see if he would match the competitors price. He then yelled at me became very irate, after I asked why would he talk to me like that. Further, he would not tell me his name. He was an older man, and I believe he was the owner. After I asked several more times who he was he hung up on me. I have dealt with this place before, on other occasions and have gotten this type of poor customer service before, they are just not a customer oriented business. I would recommend not going there, not only because of the high prices, but the AWFUL customer service.
Would highly recommend. First time here and will definitely go back. They go above and beyond with their expertise advice and spend time with the customer. Five plus stars.
David Callard was amazing . I purchase some shrubs and he helped me pick them out he also explain to me when planting them exactly how far apart they should be . He’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
