I had visited multiple Lexus dealerships in search of a vehicle with no luck. Either the inventory was low or the sales representative was not a good fit. I called Newport Lexus and spoke with Gary K before driving to the dealership. Once I arrived, Gary showed me a number of vehicles and was able to explain and demonstrate the features of the vehicle. He even corrected misinformation that was provided by sales representatives at other locations. He was upfront, honest and didn't apply any pressure tactics. He's followed up post sale, arranged for additional service and has been open to questions about the vehicle. He's been true to his word on being available after the sale. Thank you Gary and Newport Lexus for making this an easy purchase and experience.

We bought our first Lexus with the help of Mo. He was able to answer all of our questions, educate us about the buying process, and helped us find the perfect car. We purchased a 2018 IS300. Waiting time for the financing manager was longer than expected, but the overall experience met our standards. We'll be purchasing from Lexus again in the future.
